By using biharamanat.com or paying a course fee to BIHAR AMANAT you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

Private training in Amin / land-survey practice: classroom and/or online teaching, field practical as described on the chosen course page, and optional hostel enquiry. We are not a government college and do not appoint anyone to a revenue post.

2. Enrolment

• Admission depends on seats, eligibility for that batch, and completed payment.
• Names and documents must match your identity proof.
• Course materials are for your study, not for resale.
• Offline students must follow the attendance practice announced for their batch.

3. Fees

Published course fees are on the course pages. Hostel, extra practical weeks, and short paid notes are separate if offered. Online payments go through Razorpay.

4. Conduct

Students must treat classmates, trainers, and field hosts with respect. The institute may stop training for serious misconduct and handle fees under the refund policy.

5. No job guarantee

Placement assistance is guidance only. Government recruitment follows official advertisements. Private survey income is not promised.
