यह कोर्स उनके लिए है जो मधुबनी परिसर में नियमित आ सकते हैं और पूरा अमीन सिलेबस — जरीब से थियोडोलाइट तक, और खतियान से केवाला तक — एक वर्ष में करना चाहते हैं। सामान्य योग्यता 10वीं उत्तीर्ण है।
This course is for students who can attend the Madhubani campus through the year and want the complete Amin syllabus, from chain survey to theodolite and from khatiyan to kewala. The usual entry level is 10th pass.

What you will learn
वर्ष के अंत तक छात्र मैदान पर नाप लिखना, उपकरण सेट करना, नजरी बनाना, और बिहार के भूमि-अभिलेख — खतियान, खेसरा, जमाबंदी, केवाला — पढ़कर उनका मतलब बताना सीखते हैं। यह संस्थान का अपना प्रशिक्षण है, सरकारी नौकरी या विश्वविद्यालय डिग्री नहीं।
By the end of the year a student can book a field measurement, set up the instruments used in class, draw a nazri, and read Bihar land records — khatiyan, khesra, jamabandi, and kewala — well enough to explain them. This is the institute’s own training, not a government job or a university degree.

How training runs
वर्ष भर लगभग 400 घंटे प्रैक्टिकल — मैदान की नाप, उपकरण, नजरी नक्शा, अभिलेख पढ़ना, और जमा किया गया फील्ड प्रोजेक्ट।
About 400 hours of practical across the year: field measurement, instrument practice, nazri naksha, record reading, and a submitted field project.
पढ़ाई स्टेडियम चौक, मधुबनी पर होती है: कक्षा, मैदान और अभिलेख की मेज। लगभग 400 घंटे प्रैक्टिकल वर्ष भर फैले रहते हैं, और अंत में एक फील्ड प्रोजेक्ट जमा होता है। बाहर से आने वाले छात्रों के लिए रहने की सुविधा है; उसका शुल्क कोर्स फीस में शामिल नहीं है। सीट और वर्तमान हॉस्टल शुल्क कार्यालय से पूछें।
Teaching is at Stadium Chowk, Madhubani: classroom, field, and the record table. About 400 practical hours are spread across the year, and students submit a field project. Stay is available for outstation students; hostel charges are not inside the course fee. Ask the office about seats and the current hostel rate.

These are the parts of the 1-year offline diploma. Each part is taught in class and on the field. The depth is for a full year, not a short revision.
1. जरीब और कंपास सर्वे
Chain and compass survey
खेत की लंबाई-चौड़ाई, ऑफसेट, बेयरिंग और क्लोजर। अनियमित सीमा पर नाप कैसे लिखें, यह वर्ष की पहली मैदानी आदत है।
Length, width, offsets, bearings, and closing a traverse. The first field habit of the year is writing a measurement when the boundary is irregular.
2. थियोडोलाइट और प्लेन टेबल
Theodolite and plane table
उपकरण सेट करना, कोण पढ़ना, और मैदान में खड़े होकर नक्शा खींचना। 1 वर्षीय कोर्स में इन पर समय दिया जाता है, केवल नाम नहीं पढ़ाया जाता।
Setting the instrument, reading angles, and plotting while you stand on the land. The 1-year course spends real time on these, rather than only naming them.
3. किश्तवार, पैमाइश और क्षेत्रफल
Cadastral survey and area
गाँव की चादर, खेसरा और मौके की आकृति को मिलाना, फिर गंटा-धुर जैसी इकाइयों में क्षेत्रफल निकालना।
Matching a village sheet and khesra number with the shape on the ground, then working out area in the local units used in Bihar.
4. खानापुरी, बुझारत और खतियान
Khanapuri, bujharat, and khatiyan
अभिलेख में नाम, रकबा और प्लॉट कैसे बैठते हैं, और खतियान की पंक्ति को ज़मीन की बात से कैसे जोड़ें।
How a name, area, and plot sit in the record, and how a khatiyan line is tied to what is actually on the ground.
5. जमाबंदी, दाखिल-खारिज और केवाला
Jamabandi, mutation, and kewala
दाखिल-खारिज का कागज क्या कहता है, और केवाला पढ़कर सीमा व हिस्सा कैसे समझें। कानून की पूरी डिग्री नहीं — काम में आने वाली पढ़त।
What a mutation paper is saying, and how to read a kewala for boundary and share. This is working reading, not a law degree.
6. नजरी, मसावी और चकबंदी की भूमिका
Nazri, tracing, and consolidation
नजरी बनाना, पुराने नक्शे की ट्रेसिंग, और चकबंदी का नक्शा मौके से कैसे मिलाया जाता है।
Drawing a nazri, tracing an older map, and comparing a consolidation sheet with the spot.
7. कंप्यूटर रिपोर्ट और मोबाइल नाप
Computer notes and mobile measurement
नाप का ब्यौरा और साधारण डिजिटल स्केच। मोबाइल से पहली रीडिंग ली जाती है, फिर जरीब या उपकरण से जाँची जाती है।
A measurement note and a simple digital sketch. A phone reading is a first pass, then checked with chain or instrument.
8. फील्ड प्रोजेक्ट
Field project
टीम में नाप, नजरी और जमा किया गया छोटा प्रोजेक्ट। लगभग 400 प्रैक्टिकल घंटे इसी वर्ष के काम में गिने जाते हैं।
Measure, sketch, and submit a short project as a team. The roughly 400 practical hours are this year’s field work, not a separate unnamed block.
