Cancellation & Refunds

1. How to cancel

Email contact@biharamanat.com or write at Stadium Chowk, Madhubani, Bihar - 847211 with your payment receipt and registered mobile number.

2. Course fee

• If you cancel before the batch start date and before using class access: refund of the course fee minus payment-gateway charges.
• After the batch has started: any refund is decided on remaining unused teaching, at the office’s written assessment. Practical-only custom schedules follow the written agreement made at enrolment.
• Short paid digital notes/videos are not refundable once delivered.

3. Timeline

Approved refunds are sent back through the original Razorpay / bank method, typically within 7–10 working days after approval. Bank charges may be deducted.

4. Hostel

Hostel charges, if any, follow the stay agreement given at the office. They are not automatically included in the course-fee refund.
