Who this course is for
यह कोर्स उनके लिए है जो छह महीने मधुबनी रह सकते हैं, पूरा वर्ष नहीं। इसमें मुख्य सर्वे और बिहार भूमि-अभिलेख पढ़ना है। योग्यता आमतौर पर 8वीं या 10वीं उत्तीर्ण है।
This course is for students who can stay in Madhubani for six months but not for a full year. It covers core survey work and reading Bihar land records. Entry is usually 8th or 10th pass.

छह महीने में छात्र नाप लिखना, नक्शे का स्केच बनाना, और खतियान-केवाला की कामकाजी पढ़त करना सीखते हैं। थियोडोलाइट पर उतनी गहराई नहीं जितनी 1 वर्षीय डिप्लोमा में है।
In six months a student learns to book a measurement, sketch a map, and do a working reading of khatiyan and kewala. Theodolite is not taken to the same depth as in the 1-year diploma.

कक्षा और मैदान दोनों परिसर पर हैं। लगभग 150 घंटे प्रैक्टिकल छह महीनों में बँटे हैं। रहने की सुविधा पूछी जा सकती है; हॉस्टल शुल्क इस कोर्स की फीस में नहीं है।
Class and field are both on campus. About 150 practical hours are spread through the six months. Stay can be asked for; hostel charges are not part of this course fee.

This is the list for the 6-month offline course. Topics stay with the core work, so half a year is enough.
1. जरीब सर्वे और पैमाइश
Chain survey and measurement
लंबाई, ऑफसेट, क्षेत्रफल और नाप का ब्यौरा। अनियमित प्लॉट पर पहली सही आदत यहीं बनती है।
Length, offsets, area, and a written measurement note. This is where the habit of an irregular plot is formed.
2. किश्तवार नक्शा और खतियान
Cadastral map and khatiyan
खेसरा और चादर को मौके से मिलाना, और खतियान की पंक्ति पढ़ना। पूरे साल वाली गहराई नहीं, काम शुरू करने लायक पढ़त।
Matching khesra and the village sheet to the spot, and reading a khatiyan line. Enough to start work, not the full-year depth.
3. केवाला और दाखिल-खारिज की पढ़त
Reading kewala and mutation papers
दस्तावेज में सीमा और हिस्सा कहाँ लिखा है। कागज को ज़मीन की बात से जोड़ना सिखाया जाता है।
Where a deed states the boundary and the share, and how that paper is tied to the ground.
4. उपकरण और नजरी
Instruments and nazri
परिसर के उपकरण पर अभ्यास और नजरी स्केच। थियोडोलाइट का पूरा वर्षीय अभ्यास इस कोर्स का वादा नहीं है।
Practice on the campus instruments and a nazri sketch. A full year of theodolite is not what this course promises.
5. 150 घंटे का फील्ड काम
150 hours of field work
नाप, स्केच और अभिलेख पढ़ना इन्हीं घंटों में होता है। अलग से कोई छिपा प्रोजेक्ट नहीं जो विवरण में न हो।
Measurement, sketching, and record reading happen inside these hours. There is no hidden project beyond what this page describes.

The published fee is ₹15,000 (an earlier figure of ₹20,000 is the old fee). Ask +91 92886 68080 for the batch date and hostel. This is the shorter campus course, not the same depth as the 1-year diploma.
