This policy applies to biharamanat.com, the Bihar Amanat Android app, and to enrolment, contact, placement, and payment forms used by BIHAR AMANAT, a private Amin / land-survey training institute at Stadium Chowk, Madhubani, Bihar - 847211.

1. Data we collect

Name, phone, email, address, date of birth, and identity details you type into enrolment, student registration, job application, contact, or placement forms.
The mobile number you verify in the Android app, your profile, and your course progress.
Education certificates and photographs you upload.
Payment identifiers created by Razorpay when you pay a course fee (we do not store full card numbers).
Messages you send through the contact form.

2. Why we use it

To process admission, hostel enquiry, and class joining.
To send receipts, batch timing, and replies to your questions.
To keep academic records of enrolled students.
To process refunds under the cancellation policy.

3. Sharing

We do not sell student lists. We share data with payment processors (Razorpay), hosting/email providers needed to run the site, and with authorities if the law requires it.

4. Delete your account

If you created an account, you can delete it and the profile data stored with it. In the Bihar Amanat app, open Profile and choose Delete account. You can also delete it on the account deletion page. Deletion removes your login, phone number, email, course progress, and admission forms. Fee receipts required for accounting may be kept, without your Aadhaar, PAN, or address.

5. Cookies and ads

The site may use cookies for login and basic analytics. If Google AdSense is later enabled on content pages, Google may use cookies as described in Google’s policies. Ads will not be the purpose of this site; training information is.
